We believe that the food and wine that comes out of the Strathbogie Ranges, Nagambie Lakes, and the Goulburn Valley regions is some of the best, and we’re passionate about sharing it with our people.

Eighteen Sixty pays homage to the rich history of viticulture in the region (our name comes from the year that vines were first planted at Tahbilk), whilst also serving as a platform for less well-known and smaller winemakers to showcase their creations.

Led by celebrated local chef Adele Aitken and our restaurant owner Bernie Miller, Eighteen Sixty is reflective of the things that matter most to us in a hospitality venue - authentic and locally-sourced food, wine made by considerate winemakers, and unmatched hospitality from staff who care about providing a truly wonderful experience.
